If you covet that lean body you have always dreamed of, then you need to do more than just eat right and workout. If you do the right combination of both, it is almost impossible not to lose weight and tighten up that spare stomach.
If you have ever watched one of those lose weight TV commercials, you’ll remember seeing on the bottom of the screen, in nearly impossible to read text stating ‘results achieved with diet and exercise. Even Jared from the famous sandwich chain did his exercises to achieve his goal. So you can see why, that if you have the correct combination of diet AND exercise, you are almost guaranteed to get rid of a beer belly.
Is it easy? Nope. I began at 265 pounds and it took me a good 6-7 months to drop down to 215 pounds. In the process I managed to gain more muscle mass, tighten my abs and I lost plenty of inches around my gut. Do not be to worried about what the numbers say on the scale. You want to be more concerned with how many inches you are losing since muscle actually weighs more than fat does.
If you do the combination of eating and exercise correctly you should lose 1-4 inches quickly and this confidence will help you move even quicker to your ultimate goal. So you can see, you may only lose a bit of actual weight but your inches will give you the results that you feel, not how much you weigh. You don’t walk around with a scale showing what you weigh, but you do walk around with people seeing that you lost several inches and this is what they compliment you on!
If you’re interested in achieving these weight loss results, please seriously consider doing so through both diet and exercise.
