How Does Creative Visualization Work For You?

When there is something that you want in life, often, the first thing that you will do is visualize it. That something that you are wanting starts with a hopeful vision inside of your mind. You hope that one day it can become a reality. We will use weight loss as a great example. Let’s say that you want to lose about 35 pounds. The first thing that you should do is to picture what you will look like with that 35 pounds gone.

However, that is just one example. The thing to do is to think of what you want, and create the image and the reality of what it would be like if that were to happen to you in real life. Go on and create a scenario. You might want to go ahead and pretend that it has already been accomplished. How does it make you feel? Also think about the possible ways that you could have accomplished your goals. How long did it take you?

Think about every aspect of your life. Start to imagine how wonderful everything will be once you have achieved what you desire. Think about work, home life, family, school, etc. You need to bring all of these images to life inside of your mind. Consider the possible negative things that could arise and eliminate them in your mind. Remember how you did it, and write it all down.

Putting it on paper just helps you see as a physical thing rather than just a thought in your head. Plus, you can put it somewhere you can see it everyday so you don’t forget it.

If something comes up that you didn’t plan on, don’t panic! Take a moment to think it through rationally. Then make the necessary changes to your plan, and keep moving.

Make sure that you do not tell a soul about what you want to happen in your life. When you tell others about your visualizations, they will start to lose their essence and feeling. They are no longer as much of an importance as they once were because they now have opinions formed about them, and quite possibly, negative energies from what others may think. That can allow your visions to turn in another direction and take on a whole new form of expectation.

When visualizing your goals, think of them as unstoppable. Tell yourself over and over again that it is going to happen for you. Sit down and practice having your visions and telling yourself positive things very frequently throughout the day. A realistic amount of times might be at least two times per day. Keep at it until it becomes completely real. Let nothing stand in your way.

As long as your goals do not involve hurting anyone or yourself, then they should be relatively easy to achieve. If something is thought of over and over again, it naturally becomes a reality. It is quite like the concept of negative attracting negative, and positive attracting positive. If you love yourself, you will be loved, and if you believe in yourself, you will succeed. It is like a chain reaction. One visualization leads to another, and before you know it, you have a life full of success and prosperity.
